Jean – thank you, Debra, and your team so much for everything. The whole event was amazing. We keep hearing from the guests that it was the very best meal they had on the island, and many even went to a luau. I tried everything in the entire Hawaiiana Buffet and it was all incredible. The appetizers were the best I’ve ever had. In fact I’m trying to recreate the wonton crisps this evening at a family birthday party, it was such a hit.
From start to finish we have appreciated your frequent communication and professionalism. All the emails and phone calls, plus meeting up before the event really made for the best possible dinner. When the day finally came, being a destination wedding we were as surprised and impressed as everyone else.
Your staff was on top of everything. I didn’t even place my own napkin, and every time I came back to the table it was folded for me again. What attention to detail! Your bartender was wonderful concocting so many different things for us from the alcohol we provided. The drink presentation was lovely. Your tableware, garnishes, décor, and even uniforms made everything that much more aesthetically pleasing.
We are so happy Paradise Gourmet was a part of our wedding. We could not have chosen anyone better.

Everything turned out better than expected – the food was delicious, the service/servers +were outstanding – we received so many compliments. With it raining Saturday morning when Scott arrived at the house, they decided to move everything to covered areas. I was not worried about it, and the way it turned out, you would not have known that the plans were any different. I was so impressed, one of the servers, a lovely lady, came up to me after the family pictures and told me she saved my pupus for me! They were delicious and I was grateful.
