We understand that hiring a caterer is perhaps the most important part of the success of your special event.  It requires a company that can give you full attention and commitment.  We are celebrating our 10th year in business and focus exclusively on off premise catered events.   

We are not a restaurant that does catering on the side.  The spectacular events we produce are a direct result of the entire team’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence.  We literally spend hours planning every facet of an event.  We match the size and shape of the plate and the color of the orchid to the food and the course.  We consider every centerpiece and every tablecloth to be a key element of the design and intitial “wow” when guests arrive.  Service is planned and rehearsed depending on the client’s wish for formality or casualness.  No detail is overlooked.

Individually these elements might not make a huge difference, but together they can make or break an event and make a simple party into something truly memorable.  Our Chef spends time creating the most intriguing flavors and planning out the most inspiring presentations.  Take a look at our pictures and you will see examples of our team of chefs passion for giving you unexpected presentations of their exquisite flavors. The key to our ongoing success is our people.  They simply make it happen the right way.  Our staff is dedicated and committed to special events.  We have a talented team that is always searching for the newest trends, flavors and décor to incorporate into your event.  We are professionals who love what we do.   We educate ourselves constantly to stay current with what our clients want and even what they don’t yet know about.  We can create magic for you!

We also have the most extensive equipment inventory on the island, if not Hawaii and offer numerous choices of china, glassware, flatware and linens.  In addition to real silver flatware we have four patterns of stainless steel. 

You can choose from numerous glassware options including two types of elegant crystal stemware.  When it comes to linens we stock more than anyone and have access to literally hundreds of choices to set the mood you want!  We can serve as a one stop shop for you - handling tenting, lighting, flowers and décor, sound, equipment rentals, etc.  We have an extensive list of valuable resources from all the Big Islands most reliable and professional vendors.

Food and equipment are critical elements of a successful event but nothing is more important than service.  From your first call or email to Paradise Gourmet to the last goodbye from our gracious wait staff.  I personally guarantee our team will take the best care possible of you and your guests.   We look forward to exceeding your expectations!  After all…we are here for the party!
