Paradise Gourmet Catering is at your service for all your catered events anywhere on the Big Island — from the peaks of Mauna Kea to the sandy shores of our beautiful beaches, to the rolling green hills of Waimea - we do it all.  Creative presentations will enhance the delicious flavors and combine with our gracious service to create the most memorable event possible.  From intimate affairs reminiscent of old Hawaii at Kailua-Kona’s Hulihee Palace to 1000 person events at the Parker Ranch Rodeo Arena, we are able to offer you an array of experiences certain to please.

Chef Chris Fagan and his team of chefs treat cuisine as an art form and creatively merge food and design like no other culinary team here can.  From intimate eight course degustation menus to casual buffets to Paniolo pupus, our culinary team is ready to create a most memorable experience for you.

In addition, we utilize local farmers and purveyors whenever possible so much of your food is grown right here on the Big Island and organic whenever available.  The fish you will enjoy for dinner was probably caught that day and brought to our kitchen door by one of the local fishermen. These local products combined with our chef’s creative customized menus will certainly impress you and your guests!

Paradise Gourmet Catering offers a distinguished level of service and we bring with us a deep commitment to the importance of design and presentation in the overall success of any event.  We have a la carte menus, complete menu packages and creative theme parties.  We are also happy to design menus for each event as per our client’s requests.

Paradise Gourmet Catering supports various charities and nonprofit organizations on the island by offering discounted services, donated food and extravagant dinners to auctions.  Beneficiaries have been the Hawaii Island Humane Society, Hawaii Island HIV/AIDS Foundation, Kona Hospital Foundation, the Kona Kohala Chamber of Commerce & Family Support Services of West Hawaii to name a few.
