Because we like to be creative and personalize our menus to the needs of the client, we don’t have a set of stock menus that clients must choose from. From the moment you contact us text-photoswe will start to gather information about all aspects of your function including your menu. Once we get a feel for your taste, our chef will create a recommended menu for you. We then get your feedback and make any changes you like. Below you will see some of our chef’s recommendations for everything from our elegant and beautifully presented passed “pupus” to our famous Paniolo Buffets.
